Improved theme organization and sharing in Channels

We’ve improved how themes are organized in Channels to simplify understanding and make sharing easier.

Now, when you create a new Channel, themes are automatically grouped into predefined topics based on the data type you’re connecting. You can also add custom topics to match your specific needs—just give them a title and description to help train and guide how your data grouped and classified. You can also share direct links to specific topics so anyone can track what matters most to them.

As part of this update, we have deprecated Split theme control.

• Workspace admins can select a transcription provider for their workspace in Settings.

• You can now connect to an integration directly from + New in Projects.

• We've improved machine-readability of new PDF imports. This will make it easier for our LLM to surface and summarize content in documents in Projects and Magic Search.
