Enhanced topics in Channels

Elevate AI-powered topic generation in Channels by providing meaningful context. When creating a new channel, simply upload your data and share details like your role, goals, or key focus areas to generate dynamic, personalized topics that align with your interests. For better results, you can also refine your prompt using Enhance context.

Context for an existing channel can be updated at any time to refine future data classification. Just open your channel, click ••• in the top-right corner, and select Context. Enter your updated prompt, click Save, and let our AI curate topics that truly align with what matters to you.

With this update, we’ve removed default topics for new channels, ensuring your results are more customized and free of unnecessary noise. Tailor your channels to your needs and enjoy more relevant, focused insights from your data.

• After uploading your first batch of data to Channels, we will automatically notify and generate a VOC insight that you can review and share with stakeholders.

• When viewing the Workspaces page, you can now use Auth0 to authenticate and see which workspaces your account is associated with.
