Citations for contextual chat

We recently launched contextual chat to help you engage with your data anytime and uncover key themes and trends with ease. Now, we’ve added citation links to chat responses, making it easier to trace insights back to their source.

This update answers common questions like, “Where did this come from?” or “Can I trust this answer?” By connecting responses to real data, citation links build trust and confidence in AI-generated insights.

Clicking a citation opens the supporting note or insight, allowing you to quickly verify context, explore further, or share evidence with your team. This strengthens transparency and reinforces the link between raw feedback and the decisions you make.

Currently, citation links open at the source level, and we’re actively working on deep linking to the exact quote or section referenced.

• Chat history is now always available, so you can revisit past questions and answers anytime.

Quality enhancements:

• Improved handling of PDFs in Chat to support a wider range of resource types.
